How are you lately? Is everything going fine there? How are your parents? Have you talk to them lately? Are they doing great?
I write to let you know that I'm starting a blog, so that I could write something to share with you.
Lately, people around me and I are preparing for final exam. It is not easy. Perhaps, I'm frustrated with the word "stress", because I take note of it every time it is said. It is hardly to believe that a junior of mine just committed suicide due to it. Besides his bravery, nothing is worthy to be remembered. Stress cannot be sensed by our 5 senses (sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing). Unless, you have the sixth. May I define stress as an uneasy feeling caused by the failure to respond approprately to emotional threats. It is not a disease, yet people are spreading. Those who are not aware are advised to take time to realise its existence and face it.
I've found you some tips to help you to manage stress:
[i] Eat well.
[ii] Spend time doing physical exercise.
[iii] Learn to relax.
[iv] Practice "Realistic Thinking".
[v] Organise your time.
[vi] Talk to someone.
[vii] Eat bananas.
I hope they work on you.
