How are you? Do u see your current occupation as a job or a career? Do you know how to distinguish between a job and a career?

You may identify that a job is a regular performance for the sake of payment. On the other side, a career is a lifetime plan. I must clarify this as it is important for man to understand. Job is more to something we do for a living. It may not be satisfying, which than leads a person to change his job more times than anybody could, just for the sake of income and experience. But, when it comes to career the aim would lies on future. A series of plans which is linked forms the career of a person. A job must at least give you a sense of purpose, work values then only it can be considered as your career; part of your plan.

Well, I came to have this opportunity to do a personal test during one of my courses. The aim of this personal test is to help us to be clearer about own self and the future career to be chose. The result is simple. It categorized a person characteristics into 'R', 'I', 'E', 'S', 'A', 'C'.

R : Realistic
I : Investigative
E : Entrepreneurialism
S : Sociable
A : Artistic
C : Conservative

To be honest, I appreciate myself more after I did the test and found out I am a 'R','E','S' type. Too bad I don't have the test with me. You might able to guess what categories you be in. Take time.
